Client Service Advisers

Our Real Estate Department is urgently looking for Client Service Advisers to assist us with the generation and management of quality leads in the field of international real estate.

We receive on average between 50 and 100 new leads every month of potential buyers/sellers of property abroad: your role will typically include contacting these potential leads from the comfort of your own home, explaining how our legal services can benefit them and how our International Property lawyers can assist the client in the sale/purchase, understand the client\'s requirements.

We will then send our firm\'s Terms and Conditions of business, inviting the client to instruct us.

The details of potential clients are usually supplied by us and target clients usually expect a courtesy telephone call from us.

You will also be expected to mantain a constant relationship with our Corporate clients who act as lead introducers by way of regular feedback, liaising with queries, establishing long term relationships with them and enticing them to continue referring our law firm to their clients for international property transactions.

PS: this role involves a degree of selling, for which reason an excellent command of written and spoken English as well as a genuine ability to sell our services are necessary pre-requisities for this position.
