Build a prospect database

We have a Mind Mapping E-Learning course which we want to promote to people responsible for purchasing E-Learning. We have identified specific criteria for our 'ideal' targets. The first stage of this job is to focus on finding priority 1 and 2 targets (see attached spec) - although it is expected that the research will also identify other potential targets (i.e. priority 3, 4 or 5) and these should be captured.

All data will need to be entered on a pre-defined spreadsheet.

On the attached spec, the work required for this job is described as 'Stage 1' at the end of the spec, in the 'Summary of Prioriities' section.

We require realistic quotes for researching and capturing details of 200 'priority 1 or 2' prospects - at least 50% of which should be priority 1. Also capture addtional prospects as described in the next paragraph.

We estimate that in the process of researching and finding 200 priority 1 or 2 prospects, at least another 200 additional 3, 4 and 5 prospects will be identified and details captured.
