Brochure design and completion

- We are a property search business, and have around 100 properties we are aware of at any time in the market.
- We require a brochure design to high international standards and acceptable to all clients.
- On an ongoing basis we would like a graphic designer to complete all of our brochures. Images and copy would be provided - images may require colour balancing to bring on brand.
- This would be under direction of a team member.
- Able to work remotely, not required to come to the office.
- Future requirements to form additional templates and documents.
- Must be completed in a common program.
- Reasonable time to turn around, however there will be some short term roles.
- Looking for a long term relationship with the right graphic designer.

For further clarification:
The initial job is for a template design for the brochures - in 1 page, 2 page and 4 page format. Following on from this, the ongoing work will be colour balancing and completing of the brochures for each property. Ultimate discretion will be required.
