AutoCad Drawing Setup

I am looking for an AutoCad expert to set up a drawing template, set up custom linetypes and produce a lisp routine or similiar to extract block attributes and table with a leader to the block.
The drawing frame will be set up to request client details, project details, scale, revision, contain a legend, two logo's Client and my own Company logo and associated notation. Set up layer manager with the relative layers with a relevant prefix.
The custom linetypes are specific to the nature of the work but relatively simple (line with text in or dashed line with text in).
In the layout tabs, set up A4, A3 and A1 paper sizes containing the drawing frame previously created, in both landscape and portrait formats.
In order for me to use the above I will also require a layman's guide to set up on own system.
Once this is established, there may be further works to assist in the tidying up and rpoduction of final drawings. Sample template for the drawing frame, logo's, legend, symbols used will be supplied.
