Description
Experience Level: Expert
We are looking for an author to write an e-learning tutorial for housing association Board Members.
The tutorial should cover the following:
• The importance of managing financial risk
• Risk Management versus Regulatory Compliance
• Key Risks that housing associations face
• A risk management process
• A checklist for managing financial risk
• Ensuring good governance
A course outline will be provided.
Quizes would also be required to check delegate understanding.
Please note that this is a fixed price project - we do not pay per word or per hour.
All work can be completed at home, at a time that suits you (within agreed timescales).
This course will complement tutorials that we already have for Housing Associations.
Initially we want to commission 1 bite-sized tutorial, however we are looking to develop a long term relationship to work on future e-learning offerings.
Experience writing e-learning material is not necessary, however you do need to be able to write clearly and concisely. Experience of working in the Housing Association sector is desirable.
