Free lance position for Remote Assistant based in UK .
Tasks include:
• Answer calls enquires in a professional manner
(our telephone system Switch Number can be diverted to land line or mobile phone) - Average of 12 calls a day
. Control of calls in spread sheet
• make bookings: check availability, booking appointment on the on line booking system, contact therapists, deal with clients on the phone (average of 3 to 5 bookings a day )
• control of marketing when clients call (once a month)
• Administration:
receive and answer emails (average of 2 emails a day )
• Register any issue on the business related to bookings and therapists.
• Sales on the phone: call current clients to offer other treatments and sell higher price treatment to new enquire
You must have Internet access to access our booking system;
Lines are open from 9am to 10pm Monday to Friday and weekends 9am to 6pm.
