Wordpress template producing

Hello we are creating a dedicated website for a tourist event which involves sending students to Ibiza. We have the graphics prepared and need them to be cut up and prepared in a wordpress template which we can then use to advertise the event. We will populate the pages with content but do require the navigation buttons to be fully working and as well as Facebook and twitter buttons. It would also be preferable if the buttons changed colour or were highlighted when users clicked on certain pages. The home page will be slightly different to the other pages working within the template as it includes some additional graphics regarding the event itself. We have some mock up imagery of what we would like the website to look like as well as completed graphics which will be sent upon completion of the project. We would also require each page to have an area where information can be entered as well as a side bar where we plan to integrate our twitter feed. If this can be built into the template this would be preferable.
