Wordpress Site Design

I'm looking for someone to build me a bespoke Wordpress site to a specification I will provide samples of once a price of some kind has been established.

I require basic design page set up, with the option of being able to add pages, posts, plug ins and other options. I do not require a standard theme, I am looking for something bespoke, however I am not convinced what I am looking for is anything too elaborate. I require no content, I can provide all content myself, I have my own logo to go in - it really is the basic bespoke design - with the ability to add further pages.

I would require such options such as a Portfolio page which I am able to utilise, and the ability to add other plug in's as and when.

I would like to see examples of work done previously where possible.
