Wordpress Premium Theme Customisation

We have several customisations we'd like to make to a premium Wordpress theme we have purchased. The Wordpress theme is WP Zoom http://www.wpzoom.com/themes/videozoom/. The website is video based and is currently live.

The following are the customisations we're looking to implement:

1) Implement static text content on the homepage and each category page? Needs to be editable by the admin user.

2) On the homepage we would like 12 video slots. Currently there are 10 videos.

3) Implement sticky (static) videos? The videos are currently ordered by most recent post but we'd like to be able select certain videos that remain in the same position regardless of new uploads? For example sorting by top rated or alphabetical etc.

4) A ratings plugin that we want to use does not currently work with our website. We’d like this to be tweaked/changed to work with the theme.

The winning proposal will be given a detailed brief on the exact changes to the site along with the url and all access codes for the site.
