WordPress website

Hi,

I need to update my website. it needs to be a CMS so I am initially looking at WordPress but I am happy to consider other in-house options. the website would need individual services pages, a front page which is service based rather than a blog, really modern design, blog is integrated with overall menu so the site appears consistent throughout; rss feed, and an area where my clients can log in and pay their invoices; social media icons; and portfolio area.

Please quote for each area mentioned above separately and provide estimated quote for the job. I would appreciate it if you could place links in your bid to WordPress sites you have built. Also tell me how you communicate with your clients and how long a project is likely to finish.
