Whole Website Re-design - Graphic Designer + Magento Developer

We are looking to get our whole website re-designed so that it all works together as one. I can provide some of the homepage graphics which we want to keep and attached is a word doc showing some of our ideas but am also looking for someone creative to come up with ideas on how the homepage etc should be so that it shows off what we do, is easy to use, and shows how you order a bear etc Design needs to be done in photoshop so can be added to our magento site. Quotes can be just for the design part, coding part or both. Our website is version 1.4.2 but can get this upgraded first if this is a problem, no core files have been changed that I'm aware of.
