Website update.

I want someone who is familiar with Joomla to explain how I can update my website, I have recently lost a staff member who performed these tasks.

I would like to be able to do the following:
1. The image gallery - I don't know how to upload pictures and new albums.
2. I would like to put a news reel on the front page underneath the mandella quote.
3. I don't know how to add in or take off parts of the booking forms we have, for example the competition entry deadline has no passed, so I want to take off all those competitions from the bookings page.
4. I want to know how to add in photos onto the contacts page.
5. How do I add photos in/take off on the front page image rotator?
6. I want to create a few new pages.
