Website concept design

I have a website which has been in place for over a year but I'm not happy with it's look and feel. I'm working on the structure and content and will build the new site but I need a graphic designer to give me a better look and feel to the website.

The website is www.simplicityworks.co.uk. I'm looking for a designer to create a new concept for the site, ultimately sending me a photoshop file (or similar) with a mockup of the home page and the software development page. The only part I won't change is my company logo, the rest can be ditched if you see fit.

My entire brand is based on simplicity and professionalism. I therefore want the site to be modern looking yet simple, fresh and uncluttered.

This could lead to repeat work of a similar nature.

Ideally UK based designers only as there could be the need for face to face meetings if some of my other projects take off.

Please note: only bids which include a long portfolio of websites you have designed (not necessarily built) will be considered.
