Website Development

I am a House Manager for a residential property development in Bristol and I am looking for someone to design a new website for residents and prospective buyers. The site will need to provide general information about the development e.g.history, details of Directors, rules and regs etc. However, it will also need to provide a secure access so that owners can log in and check things like how much they owe, post enquiries, read minutes etc. As the House manger, I will need be able to update the site, post minutes, account info etc.
