Web design

We provide Health & Safety services across a wide range of industry sectors and we are in need of a two page website informing potential clients of our services. On the first page, we would like to detail some brief information about the company in the main body and then approximately 3 or 4 individual frames, which shall provide information of some specific services. Within these sub frames we would like links to pdf documents that shall be used as order forms to be returned by fax. We would also like an image on the front page, something similar to the image attached.

On the second page, we are looking for contact information and an enquiry form that can be completed by potential customers via the site and subsequently to be formatted as an email to us registering their interest.
