Web and UI Design

We are a building a browser based web application and require a talented designer with experience in producing good quality UI design to style our user interface to an excellent standard.

We specifically need someone who can take our 'wireframe' styling and add aesthetics while considering usability.

***We do NOT require CSS or HTML coding, just pure design in PSD format.*** although a knowledge of the limitations of development when designing a user interface model would be necessary.

The job will extend to the design of our front end website also, plus many other design elements as needed within the continued development of our application, therefore we are looking for someone we can work with on a long term basis.

Our ideal designer would be someone who is very experienced and talented with high quality UI design and can put forward ideas and concepts to better the layout, usability and aesthetics of our application, and can show previous work of a high standard.
