Web Site for my clinic

Dear Freelancers,
i'm Karoly and i am psychiatrist from Nashville, i am in need of good and pro. designed web site.
My web site should have :
- About me page, where it should say something more about me and my work
- Clinic page where people could see images of clinic and details about prices and so
- Contact page - where customers could see my contact information and also clinic address and so
- Free Doctor's support - so that would basically be part of web page where anybody could post a question and i will be able to answer it from control panel of web site

And maybe something more, i will talk about that in detail with freelancer i pick up.
