I need an overhaul of our site that will allow my contributors and Web Editor the ability to add content when it is needed (mostly on a Daily bases) as well as changing the images on the main home page.

Netdog is an interesting part of the site, its a free upload and download service for artists and musicians to show case their work, the functionality is a bit naff and needs improving as well as the look of the artist profiles and how info is displayed.

It will need to be secure, there will need to be subscribe to us options included and the email addresses collected both on the subscribe and netdog will need to go to a secure (downloadable) spreadsheet.
We are able to add all the content to the site, we just need framework to work with. I have a design team working on the look of the site, so it is a programming role. Please also let us know any ideas you may have for increased functionality and ease of access for our users.
The gallery secition will be going so this is not an issue, but the main persons of this is look and functionality, the ability to add and remove content (myself only with the option to add permissions to users) even after it has been added,

full spec is available with direction on look, this is an amazing opportunity for you to build a publication website for maddog that in the last quarter of 2010 will be going national in the UK and will be highly viewed. there will be further work available as the site grows. we will also consider advertising sponsorship within the publication on a permanent basis to publicise yourself and your services giving you maximum exposure in a publication of 100,000 copies a month!

The site would need to be live asap due to a massive delay with our old designers.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Best regards and happy bidding

Could I have your current URL?
Also, will you be requiring payments?

Hi Oliver, the current site is www.maddogmagazine.co.uk we will not be setting up a shop for the first year or so, so no payments will need to be taken. Many thanks and best regards,Myles

    looks interesting

Can i see the rough wireframes (if its available)

If not then can i see similar websites (of competitors) This would help us to analyse functionality better in phase 1.

Hi Pompy,I have put together a more in depth design breif for the site, there is no wire frame or flow chart for the site so it would be more than ok for you to set it out how you would like in how things link, just so long as the functionality of the site is there and the page load speed isnt effected, best regards,Myles
