Web Designer/Graphic Designer

We're currently looking for a talented web developer to work with us on a new project.
i am looking to work with someone who has a broad knowledge in web design also capable of developing simple fresh high quality graphics images with comprehensible payment methods for consumers.
Once the initial website has been created we will also require maintenance, updates and additional features. While it will not be a permanent fixed position it should provide regular work.
I will only require two or three pages for the website but most importantly quality design with easy payment method for consumers.

hourly rate is negotiable.
