Description

As a small boutique we aim to introduce companies in Central Europe with potential investors who are based in the London area.

There is an investors event at the end of June that we have been asked to coordinate and we need a Virtual PA who is:

a) Used to dealing with companies and investors at all levels (or similar prestigious)

b) Working from a home office or office location where he/she is available most of the day (and most days without long holidays between now and the end of June) - and where a phone line is not mixed with home use as well
c) Is willing to log-into our email account and represent our activities
d) Is personable; and a good organiser
e) IS LOCATED WITHIN 50 MILES OF LONDON and available on 24th June for a day in London
f) Would be willing to have a face-to-face meeting prior to signing up with us and sign a confidentiality agreement.

We anticipate this to be a few hours work each week leading up to about 5-10 hours the week before the event but could be more.

There are also likely to be more similar events in the future.

Please submit your bid per hour with details of any other similar coordinating activities that you have undertaken in the last few years (doesn't matter if a little different). Will happily call anyone to discuss this in more detail.
