Job Description

I am in the processing of putting together the content for an online social squash site for a county in the UK. The site has been built (www.squash-northants.com) but I need to start making it a place where the squash players will want to visit on a regular basis.

Therefore as I work full time I require someone to make the site lively and encourage people to visit. I also need to use the site to carry out research and eventually monetize it.

I need someone with the following:

Very good spoken and written english as the site needs to appear to be run by an english person.
Good knowledge of how to run a successful online social site.
Good knowledge of how to market the website
Good knowledge of how to SEO the website
Good knowledge of how to monetize the website.
Be willing to learn and write about squash.
Good knowledge of sales writing and autoresponders

Sounds like an interesting project - but just wondering if you\\\\\\\'re really looking for someone more along the lines of a community administrator than a virtual assistant?

Chris,

It depends what you perceive the difference to be.

If as a community administrator you are able to carry out web design, development, online marketing, SEO content, graphics design etc then this is what I am looking for.

A VA for web is all the above. A VA in an office is completely different.
