Hi there,
I am a self-employed person looking for a virtual assistant to help out with all manner of tasks (Business and personal/lifestlye). I run 2 businesses, plus rent out several flats, so have little time to organise myself!
Typical duties would involve:
- Basic internet research for my businesses e.g. sourcing information or suppliers.
- Some email and diary management e.g tidying inbox and organising contact lists.
- Co-ordinating tradesmen to visit rental flats when necessary.
- Personal/Lifestlye tasks e.g. Sourcing flights, researching venues.
- Some basic bookkeeping/admin.
In reality, the tasks will be varied, so I need a person with good all-round skills.
Ideally, the person would be:
- Fluent in English
- Efficient and clear in their communcations.
- Confident to work unaided.
I am based in London, so would prefer someone within the same time zone, so I could contact by phone if necessary, although I see most of the communication by email.
The work will be done remotely, and is not necessarily time sensitive i.e. you will not need to be available specific hours in the day. I envisage sending you a bi-weekly email with a list of tasks, and a deadline of a few days later.
I'd estimate at present that I'd need someone for 2-4hours per week.
The contract will be ongoing, assuming that both parties are happy after a trial period.
