Upgrade WP site

I have a WP site that has video interviews, articles and downloadable pdf's as content.

I want to make the site a paying site.

The plan is for users to register and pay €3 per year to access general content that I mentioned above.

There is also a member's only area that members can pay €49 per year and they can access premium content.

Currently I have a members only application field in place.

I think there needs to be a landing page that describes what the site is for first time visitors and give them a 2 week free trial period provided they fill in the required information requested; including their credit card or pay pal details. Then the site would automatically charge them the €1 after the 2 weeks are up.

The site also has to recognize if a registered member comes on so they don't have to go through all the details again.

I need this in 2 weeks. 3 weeks max.
