Title:Telephone Business Development

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

I need the help of two excellent Telesales people to assist with a new project.

The will involve calling Veterinary practices who will have received a mail shot, with the objective of obtaining appointments for my client to call to sell his professional services.

Due to commence within the next 10 days or so, initially this project should last about a week or two and if successful, there will be more work in the January. The New Year should total around another 4 weeks of work, which will be staggered to follow up on further mail shots. This is a new undertaking, so please be aware that fine details are yet to be sorted with my client.

Please bid for this job if you have the time available for both the first leg of this project (starting in the next 10 days or so) and also in January.

Ideally, you will be available to work full days x 5 days per week; be comfortable using CRM reporting and be confident to achieve a daily call rate of 80 to 120 calls per day.

You will be articulate, polite and experienced with a thoroughly professional approach to this project which means client confidentiality will be respected at all times.

Further details can be discussed by telephone with successful bidders and I would like to take up 2 references.

Please feel free to ask any questions.

Many thanks.

Hi,

Can you provide some detail on the nature of the service being offered? I have a number of vets as clients and have telemarketed to this profession a number of times and the type of service and quality is core to getting a good result.

Regards

Victoria

Hi Victoria
The product is employment law services. It is a quality product on behalf of a quality provider. Hope this helps.
Many thanks

Hello Julie, yes as Victoria says please provide more info about the product & is it going to be necessary to actually speak to a vet or will the practice manager be ok. What is the objective, to make appointments or generate a lead for client to f/up or indeed to make a sale.

You speak about 80/120 calls a day, please clarify the word \

Hi Sue
Hope the explanation to Rebecca's question helps.
Additionally, you would need to speak (wherever possible) to the Practice Manager, or if there is not Practice Manager, to the partner/director for HR and Admin. You would be seeking to guage their interest in our service offering and ultimately trying to book a time for another department to call the prospect to discuss the service in more detail.

Where there is interest, you would be required to take information from them so a realistic quote could be provided (by the department following up the call).

You would not be required to sell anything per se, but a full and thorough understanding of the client, their product and service would be expected so you can speak with confidence. Thorough briefing notes would be supplied to successful bidders.

As a guide only, you would be expected to make between 80 and 120 calls per day. We know that within this figure, many people will be unavailable to take the call. Ultimately we are going for quality not quantity!

Many thanks for your question.

Julie
