Small Business Website

Hi,

We need a small website created for a small business + site logo. The site is to promote a new service and will contain mostly static pages and images, the home page needs to contain a links section and possibly a twitter feed. It is also important that all site pages are the same (apart from content). The main function will be a 'contact us' form that sends a mail as opposed to sitting in a backend database. We expect the initial site will contain a maximum of 5 pages. The site can be produced in any code and the end product needs to be clean and easy to navigate....basically not to busy.

We hope that all this is possible within the defined budget......
