Sales admin

Liaising via Skype, email and telephone. This person will be responsible for sending data to sales personnel and collecting the information back from them. Overlooking a diary and sending out information packs to clients in advance of booked appointments will be another daily duty.
The hours must be Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm.
The candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be experienced in putting together systems and running them once in place. A confident telephone manner is essential as clients will also have to be spoken with.
Please do not apply if you cannot meet the hours/times mentioned, you will be expected to be online via Skype within those times and working on this project.
This is a long term role and more hours could be taken as time went by.
The hourly rate quoted is our maximum and lower bids will be given priority.
