Research job/name gathering

I run a small recruitment business. I have a list of companies (ca 2,500 entries) which are potential clients. These target companies are mostly based in London, Singapore, Moscow and Hong Kong.

I need several freelance researchers (can be based anywhere in the world) to call reception at these companies and gather contact details of the person in charge of recruitment and receiving applications/CVs.

We need: name, title, gender (Mr/Mrs), email, phone.

The data has to be filled into an Excel sheet (I will provide the template).

I will pay per data record, ie for each company name where you have been able to gather the data.

Please post a bid for the successful gathering of 100 records (1 company = 1 record).
