R. G. on 04/03/2010 10:48Hi Stuart
What type of admin. work are you looking for exactly ?
You mention available 9-5 Mon to Fri, but only 5 hours work per week. How much notice will you give of when the work needs doing ? Obviously I, like everyone else, will have appointments, etc. booked in advance. Surely you can't expect people to sit around all day on the off chance you need some admin work doing ?
A. J. on 06/03/2010 13:03Hi,
Could you tell me if the five hours per week will be the same everyweek? I'm very interested but I have a few clients to work around.
C. P. on 06/03/2010 20:03Dear Stuart
As with the questions below, I am interested in this project, but a few more details on how the 5 hours may be spread throughout the week would be useful for me to check I have capacity around my other clients to be able to provide the support you need.
Kind regards
Claire
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
