Recruitment Website

I have a client that wants a new website for his recruitment business. It needs to have a very good search function where the visitor can search several fields at once. Other features need to allow visitor to create their own profile and upload their resume. I would like it to have a latest jobs board on the homepage too if possible.

The client has asked that it be built in Joomla, but I will accept other leading CMS software.

Priority will be given if you are a Joomla Expert, especially if you can show examples of your previous recruitment websites.
