Title:Programming of small PHP site and HTML cut up

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

I\'m looking for an experienced programmer who can start straight away as I need a quick turn around on this project. I need a small document site created. Basically site users will be able to log into a site and access documents held within folders. If the user doesn\'t have the correct permission level the folder is not available. I need the ability to create users within the cms and assign access rights against each folder. a super user will have the ability to create the folders and subfolders. The superuser will then upload docs to a specified folder. A doc may appear in multiple folders.

In the cms the super user will be able to create permission groups ie for group one all members will be able to access certain folders. They will then attach users to groups. Each user will have their own username and password.

Need the usual stuff like forgotten password etc. I will supply all designs (only about 3-4 pages ) in psd format and they are very simple layout designs
