Print Full Page Magazine Ad Graphic Design

I have a full page magazine print ad I need laid-out. And I'll need some logo work in preparation for the ad. After that, I'll need a web banner.

I loaded a word doc on box.net and can send an invite to download. I also loaded a pdf copy of the last magazine and a bunch of graphic files. Some files are for the ad and some are ideas that can be used in the ad.

The following information came from the magazine regarding the ad:
A full page ad is 8.25" x 10.75". If it bleeds, the file needs to have .125" bleed on it, so file size would be 8.5" x 11". These should be hi-resoution pdfs. If possible, we'd really love to have something in to our art director by the end of the day Wednesday, July 27. If you have any questions, please contact me immediately.
