PSD to Wordpress Site Creation

I need the appropriate candidate to build a wordpress website from PSD visuals. The site is for a business promoting charities.

The site map is as follows.
- Home Page
- Business
- Individuals
- Charities
- Top 10 Ways To Use The Numbers
- Featured Charities
- Donations
- Fun Stuff
- The Blog
- Login (This will just be a link to an external site)
- About Us
- Links
- Contact Us
- Newsletter (Text page with mail chimp, or similar add on)
 
Each page will also have the following alongside the text box:
- Running Total Donation Box (That can be updated manually)
- Featured Charity Vote Box (Utilizing a voting box)
- Number Order Box (Basic Form to go to an email with custom fields, similar to a contact box.)

The blog itself also needs to automatically update the facebook and twitter statuses with the latest post. The job has the PSD visuals ready to go and these can be viewed if needed to clarify any of the above points. Hosting is not necessary as this will be provided.
