New Website

Need web design/development with a database for an e-commerce site. Need the following pages:
- Home page with basic log-in functionality and create a new account
- Basic FAQ/About Us/Privacy Policy pages
- View profile page for users with an account
- Edit profile page to update (member enters basic personal info and can upload 10-15 pictures to be arranged for the "View Profile" page)
- Profile statistics functionality (think LinkedIn with search and clicks from other members)
- Basic table search page (member would be able to select preferences on 3-4 categories and then run a search based on distance from a zip code to see what other members have posted)
- Post Opportunity Page (members post the data that is searchable by other members, no more than 4-5 data fields but will require an e-commerce transaction to pay for the posting)
- Profile Database (website must maintain a database for all of the member profiles that allows for feedback from other members and uploaded pictures. imagine if users could take images of the work the member did for them, then upload for other people to see, good & bad)
- Database Inquiry Page (member would request the information from this page)

This should be the majority. There may be a few more landing pages here and there as we work through the functionality of the website. I am very much aware of how loose this description is and am only looking for an approximate range in cost. I know this will move as more details are provided.
