Magento website build

I am wanting a magento website designed for me to sell crazy contact lenses/fashion lenses.
A home page, about page, terms and conditions, a couple of product categories down the left side, and a few more categories at the bottom of the page. we are fine to add all the products etc we just need the main site designed including a few banners adding and a phone number and email contact etc... i have a magento site at the minute selling other items and we have a cvv code remover installed to the admin panel which we would also like on this new site.
