Logo redesign from concept

We require a professional redesign of the concept logo attached. It\'s almost as we want it, but needs improving.

Brief:

All the colours and elements should be kept pretty much the same with the Coolvectia font, if not similar. It requires a more professional feel whilst keeping it fun and quirky too.

The pinpoint icon with map inside (top right) needs to be more prominent from the background and vectorised.

Feel free to play around with various concepts as we are open to minor changes.

It should be designed in a layered PSD (editable) and in a high resolution as it will be used in print material as well as web.
