Japanese-English translator for ongoing email dialogue

I\'m looking for someone to act as a translator for an ongoing email dialogue with a Japanese speaker.

LANGUAGE
I speak English and no Japanese. I\'m trying to communicate with a native Japanese speaker who speaks basic English. We\'ve reached a limit in our ability to communicate and thus need a translator.

VOLUME
It would be in the region of one or two emails a week. Some weeks they won\'t be urgent or there may not be any at all and other times there may be several that require swifter input.

TONE
We\'re discussing the logistics of a kayaking expedition between Russia and Japan. The focus would be on swift, flexible interpretation to get points and details across rather than grammatical accuracy or word-for-word translation.
