Intellectual Property Contract Agreement

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to read through a Intellectual Property Contract that I have been given to sign and to just explain it quickly to me in plain English, i.e. is it fully legal and that I'm not agreeing to anything more than I have agreed to do verbally. Plus if there are any clauses I should insist on going in there too.

I need this done asap as the company is very pushy and want it signed straight away so a speedy reply on it will be needed.
