Graphic designer illustrator

I run a small family owned, design and print firm, that designs and creates products such as stickers, certificates, rubber stamps, posters and bookmarks all aimed at the education markets KS1-3

I’m looking for a talented graphic designer / illustrator who can work part time with a view to eventually working full time to help build up the portfolio of products.
Initially i’m only prepared to spend £50 per week for what should be no more than 4hrs worth of work, your idea of 4hrs may no doubt be somewhat different to mine, you maybe far better than myself and get the work done in an hour, then again you may not.
So this is just a test, if you like the work and i’m happy with the quality then long may it continue, if not then all the best in your career with no i'll feelings on either end.

Must use Adobe Illustrator CS3, sorry most of our equipment is run by the software.
Knowledge of Flexo Printing and designing around its limitations is a plus.
Should be prepared to list the products on our the web site “We don’t have one as yet”
Possible full time work for the right person.
Be able to provide technical support whilst i’m on holiday via GotoMyPc. to impose artwork.
