Graphic Designer reqd for character development

I am looking for a graphic designer to develop existing characters to be used for t-shirt printing..
I have supplied an image of the characters referred to as 'M' and 'C' (female twin toddlers) as basic line drawings but would like them developed and converted into vector artwork, in colour, to reflect certain actions under supplied titles i.e 'Pop Diva' so maybe characters holding a microphone?
There will be 10 supplied titles so a total of 10 illustrations will be required.
