M. N. on 11/10/2011 13:12Hi Julie
What format is the document in at the moment - Word? Do you require it to be kept in this format (do you need to edit?) or can the designer use other software? Do you require new graphics?
Thx

C. M. on 11/10/2011 16:33Hi
for me to do this I wont be using any microsoft software. My work is done using apple mac using "In-Design"
It would be helpful before I bid to see a few of the pages in its current state if possible. I say this because if its 70 pages I need to see how it would work most effectively using in-Design.
Cheers
Carl
J. V. on 12/10/2011 00:53Hi Julie,
This sounds like an interesting project and something I have plenty of experience with.
Obviously it's quite time sensitive (I see the post is marked Urgent). Could you give an indication of the time scales? For example, if it's to be printed when would you need delivery of the document to you? Based on that, when would you be able to provide final copy and images?
Before bidding I'd like to make sure I can meet your deadlines.
Best regards,
Jamie
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
