Freelance PR support needed

I need some help offering PR support for clients across B2B and B2C. The work is mainly media relations and will involved creating stories, occassionally writing press releases, researching media lists, issuing releases and following up with the journalists to secure coverage.

I am looking for someone to work virtually and help me deal with overflow PR work. Ideally you will be a strong writer, know how the media works, preferably have good media contacts. Please state where your contacts lie in your proposal.

I will provide briefs, but I then need someone happy to work by themselves - I imagine they will already have a few of their own clients. There will be no direct client contact at this stage.

Initially I imagine this will be a day a month, but with the right person it may grow to 1 day + a week.

Location is not important, but I am based in North Yorkshire, so the occassional coffee would be a bonus. Failing that Sykpe, email, telephone is fine.
