Title:Excel VBA programmer / coach/ facilitator

I am looking for an expert in Excel VBA programming who is willing to act as a faciliator /coach on an application that I am developing. The relationship that I am looking for is one where I would email a simple spreadsheet with my latest requirements. Ideally, the programmer would be able to look at it quite quickly (say within 24 hours) and email the amended VBA code back to me. I would expect to pay for some hours up front and then continually top up the advance payment as required.
Each request is likely to be relatively simple and standalone. For example, it initially might be as simple as me sending a spreadsheet with a few rows of data and asking for a user form with a couple of combo boxes showing the data filtered in a certain way. The information from one combo box depending on the data selected in another.
Later, the request would be slightly more complex, requiring some SQL commands to read in external data
I am looking to build a long term relationship, but initially the request would only be for a few hours a week maximum
