Drupal Website for Non-Profit Association, Implementing Modules Template Customizations and Updating old PHP Scripts

Looking to contract hours or per job basis for assisting effort in implementing website modules and customization on recently released Drupal 7 based site. Customization would include implementing media library with 3rd party services like smug mug or blip.tv type services, updating to drop down navigation controls, implementation of taxonomy based ad services and updating (non-drupal) custom form based PHP scripts.

The association has full time IT staff working on internal .NET application, but spread thin and looking for support person for a period of a few months to support LAMP Drupal 7 website.

Flexible payment, would consider incentives for completing jobs quickly.
