Director

We are looking for an excellent UK based virtual assistant/ pa to assist our director in the UK.

We supply business coaching and products to the UK health and fitness industry and are expanding fast.

This will be a long term position but looking for a 10 hour trial first to see how you perform.

Only apply if you are excellent at what you do and are super organised.

You tasks will include:


- Liaising on the Directors behalf with contractors
- Researching on the internet
- Handling email inquiries
- Researching and writing basic ezines and newsletters
- Client care (sending out gift cards etc)
- Creating client documents for collecting data
- Appointment setting when required
You need to possess a good working knowledge of:

- All microsoft products (excel, word etc)
- Use the internet to search
- Any knowledge of Amazon S3 organiser or wordpress an advantage.
