I need some creative writing about the Geordies. It will be used to International Students, so not everything is obvious. As they are not familiar with the culture. The content should be informative and pleasant to read for Geordies and foreigners.
It should have 6 topics:
200 words of each topic:
1- Geordies
(Who are they? Talk about the language and where it is spoken: Newcastle, Gateshead, North Tyneside and South Tyneside.).
2 - Geordies Dialect - It is not just the accent.
(About the actual dialect)
3 - Geordie Culture
(Genuine people and how it is seem by the rest of the UK.
Mention Stereotypes: fake tan, miners.)
4 - Geordies in the Media
(Cheryl Cole, Ant & Dec, Geordie Shore)
5 - Geordies in Sport
(Football, Rugby)
6 - Newcastle today
(How can you define Newcastle, about universities, great nightlife and presence of international students.)
