Format/Software: Should be provided as a PDF for print with full InDesign file

IMPORTANT NOTES:
* Supporting files related to this brief are available for download at www.swgfl.org.uk/manualuploads/gs360-offline-samples.zip;
* The successful bidder will be required to e-sign a Non Disclosure Agreement in relation to the project, after which point all assets relating to the project will be released to the bidder;
* We have an extremely tight deadline for this job; with absolute completion by Thursday, 3rd February;
* Due to the complexity and tight timelines of this project, UK-based bidders only please.
BRIEF:
Changes to the content and branding of an existing document are required. The designer has the option of either adapting a Quark File from an existing document or creating the document from scratch using InDesign. Ultimately the finished work is required in Adobe InDesign format with an accompanying PDF.
A 36 page document is required. It should be similar to the School E-Safety SRF’ PDF provided with the content and design style being informed by the JPEG files provided. A page template is required in Adobe InDesign with the content being populated using the Main Content’ Excel spreadsheet and Word file provided. Further details on content changes are provided below:

Introduction Pages
These pages (1 to 4 on original document) require the changes listed below. The styling of these pages should be informed by style on the two JPEGs provided. Content can be copied from original Quark or PDF file.
1. Levels and Colours will need changing on page 3 to reflect style shown on Aspect Level.jpg’;
2. On every review page, in the sentence \"Use this self review tool to establish where your school is on the journey towards an effective e-safety strategy\" change \"e-safety strategy\" to \"digital citizenship strategy\".
3. Change \"360 degree safe School E-Safety Self Review Tool (E-Safety Mark benchmark levels are shaded in red)\" to \"Generation Safe(tm) 360 Self Assessment (Gold Medal benchmark levels are shown with yellow outline)\"
4. Where it appears swap 360’ logo with iKeepSafe logo
5. In copy- change \"aide-memoire\" to \"memory aid\".
6. Change \"Additional support material, resources and links to other websites are available on the SWGfL website: www.swgfl.org.uk/\" to \"Additional support material, resources and links to other websites are available on the Generation Safe(tm) website: www.ikeepsafe.org/gensafe
7. In the \"Links to documents and resources\" at the front of the book (p4), please replace with the following:

Populate using Excel spreadsheet. Use structure and style shown in Aspect Level’ JPEG.
The Aspect level marked in yellow on the spreadsheet should be given a thick yellow border (see Aspect JPEG).
The What Evidence could you use?’ box should combine the Suggested Evidence’ from the spreadsheet for all the Aspects shown on that page without duplication of sentences.
The Moving forward...’ box at the bottom of the Aspect pages should be populated using the Section Improvement Actions’ Word document provided. Pages are likely to paginate differently to the original School E-Safety Self Review Tool’ PDF document but this can be used as a reference. Please repeat the Moving forward...’ text where sections roll over ensuring that the copy reflects the Sections’ shown on that particular page.
