Conversion of Flash to HTML site

I'm looking to convert an existing site for a Car Dealership from Flash to HTML. I'm requiring to keep the look and functionality of the site exactly the same, with some minor removals of some features. The existing site is not content managed very well, as it requires new cars to be updated using Flash, so i'm looking for some sort of simple content management to be included also. I am looking for someone to start this project asap. If I find a successfull applicant and the project goes well, I have other Projects needing doing on anongoing Freelance basis for the rest of the year. Please note no monies will be paid until the Project has been completed and approved.
