Complete Website Build

I require a website to be built from scratch including logo design and hosting. I already have the domain name purchased. It relates to Sport and contacts I have acquired over many years. The site will have an option for users to upload profile details so a database, for my reference only, will need to be formed. Other users can submit requests and I will match a profile to the request. I would like an area to update "quotes" and possibly my own blog page to write latest news. In time, I would like the option to add testimonials. The concept I feel is fairly simple, but the database of gathering registrants' information would be the hardest part. I would also like automatic emails to be sent to users once they have registered or submitted a request. I would like a link to facebook, twitter and linkedin accounts. My knowledge is very basic so an experienced graphic/web designer is necessary.
