Business consultant

I need help with making some business decisions.
I am involved with two businesses which means neither of them get the attention they deserve. I am looking to dispose of one business but not sure that this is the right thing to do. It has been my main income for the last 10 years but I'm bored with it.
The other business has only been going 8 months and is growing strongly, but this concerns me. Cashflow, taking on employees and managing the growth are all issues that need to be dealt with.
I am looking for a capable individual to help me consider the risks and manage the most successful outcome.
