Job Description
Hi,
I would like someone to build a website for me. It is about looking at a certain medical condition in a positive way, however it is not a charity.
Rather than writing an essay on what I need I have just set out some bullett points to help understnd what I need and what I already have.
- I have all info to go on site typed up
- Have the photos and videos that I'd want to put on the site
- Have a coupe of exampes of what I'd like the site to look like
- Know what tabs I'd want on site
- Already have domainm name registered
- Already have hosting
- Already have email addresses for the domain
- I would like fb, twitter, linked in lnks on the site
What I don't want:
- Adverts on my site that I have not put on myself
- Any other names in my domain name
At the end of the day, the site should belong completely to me, with no tie ins to third parties.

-Who do you want to attract to your website
-What do you want them to find when they get there
-Please give details abut your hosting (domain name, php, mysql etc).
-Do you want to edit the content yourself
-What is your business type.

- I want to attract people who have ms to the website and others who want to know more about it
- It's a site that will focus on the positive, when u get to the site you'll reach the home page as per norm and there will be the tabs there with apprpriate sub menus/tabs to take u around the site. (I've got about 30 pages of info I've typed up and pics, that would be the content)
- I have domain name .com and .co.uk and hosting redirects to .com.
- The hosting is a good package which allows for about 5 email addresses, videos, pics, many pages and many other features.
- Editing would need to be done every now and again as tere will updates to go on te site. It would be better if i can put this on as and when req'd, or could ask the person who does the site to make amendments as and when req'd.
- It's not abusiness nor is it a charity, it's just something i am passionate about.

3. Do you have a logo for the site?
4. Can you show us the examples you mention, that you want the site to look like?

1. Not sure what u mean.. If you mean do i want a uniform look on all pages, then yes. As per most sites I want users to move between pages via menu and sub menus
2. The hosting is with a company called Looofa and the hosting was done as per the spec req'd. For which I have login and control panel info, have server name and server IP, I also have temp hostname and webpage, themn also have perm once site is up and running,
3. I have idea for logo and colpour scheme,, i come from marketing back ground, so I'm quite familiar with that.
4. Examples of site would be to complex to go through here, but I'm lookoing for a site that has some sort of flash element to it possibly.

Just seen your answer to the earlier questions, but with regards to your hosting, we need to know if your hosting package supports the likes of PHP/MySQL databases etc. as it will enable us to judge what sort of web solutions can be offered to you. If you can give the name of your hosting company and which package you have with them, we can find that information out for ourselves.
